Rates

Free standard shipping on orders over $99. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $8.

Processing

Orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Delivery times

Standard delivery within the contiguous United States takes 3–6 business days once shipped. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories take longer — usually 7–12 business days.

The estimated arrival date shown on each product page accounts for our processing time and skips weekends. It's an estimate, not a guarantee: carriers occasionally run late, and weather happens.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout.

For orders outside the United States, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Address changes

If you spot a mistake in your address, email us straight away at support@hyggebett.com. We can usually change it before the parcel leaves. Once it's shipped, we can't redirect it.

Missing parcels

If tracking says delivered and you can't find it, check with your household and neighbours first, then write to us. If it's genuinely lost we'll replace it or refund you.
