Rates (United States)

Free standard shipping on orders over $99. Below that, standard shipping is $5.99.

Priority shipping is $9.99, or $8.99 on orders over $99.

Delivery times

Standard delivery takes 6 to 10 business days and priority delivery 5 to 8 business days, from the day you place your order to your door. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.

The delivery window shown on each product page uses the standard times. It's an estimate, not a guarantee: carriers occasionally run late, and weather happens.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States and to the other countries offered at checkout, where the rate and delivery time for your address are shown before you pay. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout.

For orders outside the United States, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Address changes

If you spot a mistake in your address, email us straight away at support@hyggebett.com. We can usually change it before the parcel leaves. Once it's shipped, we can't redirect it.

Missing parcels

If tracking says delivered and you can't find it, check with your household and neighbours first, then write to us. If it's genuinely lost we'll replace it or refund you.
