These terms govern your use of hyggebett.com and any order you place with us. By using the site you accept them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was displayed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we've already taken payment, we refund it in full.

Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of your market and may change. Taxes and duties are shown at checkout where they apply. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we'll contact you before shipping rather than charging you the wrong amount.

Product descriptions and colour

We describe our products as accurately as we can, and we normalise our product photography so colours can be compared fairly across items. Screens vary, so a colour may still look slightly different in your room. That's covered by our 60-day return policy.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Intellectual property

The site's text, photography and design belong to Hyggebett. Please don't reuse them commercially without asking.

Liability

We're responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition described. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which SWICELSO LLC is established, without affecting the consumer protections you enjoy where you live.
